6. How many days do I have to request an exchange or return?
You can request an exchange or return within 3 days of delivery.
7. What conditions should my product meet for exchange/return?

In the same condition as delivered
8. Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds.
For returns, you’ll receive a store credit coupon that you can use on your next purchase.

we’ll ship your replacement item.

No direct swaps. You’ll need to request an exchange and we’ll process it once we receive your item.

After your returned item passes our quality check,
your replacement is shipped within 2–3 business days.
