ESTORA delivers across India, subject to PIN code serviceability.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after the order is placed. Processing may take longer during sales, new launches, public holidays, or periods of high order volume.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Delivery is estimated to take 3–5 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Free shipping on all orders delivered within India. No additional charge applies to standard shipping. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay, inclusive of applicable taxes.
5. SHIPPING PARTNER
ESTORA uses Shiprocket to manage shipping through its available courier partners. The assigned courier may vary depending on your destination and service availability.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the available order communication channels. For tracking assistance, email hello@estora.shop with your order number.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are correct when placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
8. DELAYS OR MISSING DELIVERIES
Delivery delays may occur due to courier operations or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact hello@estora.shop with your order number for assistance.
9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
